and buy a grand piano and put it there

good reason for buying grandpiano are
IT MOTIVATE MI TO PLAY THE PIANO EVERYDAY

alrites grand piano are cheap recently.
teacher said that it cause roughly 15k
i brought my piano @ 10 k
so why not i jus top up another 5 k to get a grand piano?
